Vellumi adheres strictly to all United States federal commercial laws and local consumer protection regulations set by the state of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from website browsing activity, account management or customer purchase orders will be resolved under the judicial jurisdiction of North Carolina courts.
Every individual who registers an account takes complete personal accountability for safeguarding their login credentials and all purchases carried out under their account profile. The following actions are strictly forbidden: placing fraudulent orders, utilising stolen payment information, running automated crawler scripts to extract website data, sending hostile or harassing messages to our support team, and reproducing store copyrighted text, images and logos for commercial gain without written email approval from our operation team.
We hold full authority to correct misprinted pricing figures, refresh out-of-stock inventory data and rewrite product descriptive content without sending advance warning messages to customers. Any orders generated as a result of obvious system pricing malfunctions can be cancelled, with full equivalent refunds issued to every buyer affected by the error.
All payments processed during checkout are calculated and charged in United States Dollars. When you confirm and submit payment, you grant Vellumi permission to deduct your full order balance, which includes product base pricing, automatically calculated delivery surcharges and mandatory North Carolina state sales tax, via your chosen payment processing channel.
All product photography, written item descriptions, proprietary brand logos and exclusive webpage layout designs hosted on our online shop remain copyrighted intellectual property solely belonging to Vellumi. Commercial reproduction, mass distribution or secondary resale of these materials without formal written consent is entirely prohibited.
Vellumi will not be held accountable for indirect financial losses, delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, temporary website server downtime, or misdelivered parcels stemming from incomplete, misspelled or inaccurate address details you input at checkout. The maximum amount of compensation available for any single order dispute will never exceed the total monetary value you paid for that specific order.
